Variety : Tempranillo 100%

Recommended temperature : 16°C
Oak Aging : 13 months in French and American Oak.
Vinification : Hand picking. Fermentation with selected yeast and controled temperature.
Tasting notes
Eye : Dark violet color, with a silver highlights.
Nose : Medium intensive aromas, dark berries, dried fruit, spices, pepper, clove, anis, cinnamon, dark chocolate and wood.
Palate : Well balanced with mineral notes along with cherries and plum, medium bodied. The finish is mild, smoth and lingers with soft tannins on both sides of your mouth.
Food pairing : Braised meats, dishes with tomato-based sauces, aged cheese, sausages and chocolate.
Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Tasting notes
Eye : Intense deep plum red color with violet highlights. Bright, brilliant and clean well balanced wine.
Nose : Intense and complex at the same time, aromas like ripe red berries, plum, redcurrant, blackcurrant followed by toasty oak notes and complementing with savory tastes like pepper. Framed by hints of eucalyptus, this wine stands out for its elegance.
Palate : Dry and full-bodied Cab with depth structure. Rich and elegant tannins. Silk in the mouth with a long finish that rounds off beautifully and confirms the flavors of red ripe fruit, oaky toast and savory tastes.
Food pairing : Red meat, beef cuts, pig, aged cheeses, savory stews. In general, food with great expression




Big Blend 2013

Sauvignon Blanc 2015

Tasting notes
Eye : Intense medium color. Pale straw color with green highlights. Stands our for its freshness and youthful color. Clean, sharp and bright, showing the wine's great density.
Nose : The medium aromas of this wine emphasizes the fruity compounds, such as green apple, citrus fruit, peach, guava and herbaceous notes. Elegant and delicate aromas.
Palate : Fresh and crisp acidity followed by a long finish. Acidity is predominant in this wine, making it drier. The youthful fruit emphasizes citrus notes like grapefruit. Medium bodied and well balance.
Food pairing : Clams, oysters, ceviches, in general sour or bittersweet flavors, savory food.




Rosado 2014

Vinification: Hand picking. Fermentation with selected yeast and controled temperature.
Possible time of storage: Young wine possible to drink from now, but it is also possible to keep it up to 2 years
Tasting notes
Eye: Intense pink salmon colour, with delicate orange highlights. Clean, sharp and bright with thin legs.
Nose: Great expressive aromas, emphasizing fruits like strawberries, cherries, raspberries and a hint of peach. Fresh and well balanced aromas.
Palate: Nicely acid, dry, with a long finish, that confirms the taste and presence of redberries.
Food pairing: Seafood, poultry, cheese, salads, versatile wine that can be pair with almost anything.
Extra Brut Rosé 2012

Varieties: Barbera 83%, Sauvignon Blanc 6%, Chardonnay 6.5%, Chenin Blanc 3%, Viognier 1.5%

Vinification: Hand picking. Fermentation with selected yeast and controled temperature.
Tasting notes
Eye: Nice bright salmon pink colour, with fine and delicate bubbles.
Nose: Medium aromas, fruit expression, nicely flowers, green apple, guava, mango, yogurt, toasted bread and butter.
Palate: Nicely dry, astringent, high acidity and some mineral notes.
Food pairing: Seafood, fruity desserts, cheese and dry fruit.




Reserva 2012

Vinification: Hand picking. Fermentation with selected yeast and controled temperature.
Tasting notes
Eye: Deep plume red color, with violets highlights. Clean, bright and brilliant.
Nose: Intense aromas such as ripe black, red berries, candid fruit and floral hints.
Palate: Medium bodied wine. It has dark fruit flavors from sweet blue-berries to savory tastes. Jammy, nicely tannins, silk and dry. Smoked notes and medium to high acidity.
Food pairing: Stews, grilled/braised red meat and aged cheese.
